AP考試結束后哦 這一周有不少同學問老師今年考題的難度分析和考題回憶,以便于預測自己的考試成績。
那么今天我們先聊AP美國歷史考試,這門考試難度比較大,中國考生歷年總體成績不高,但敢于
挑戰(zhàn)的學生越來越多,尤其是有些高一高二學生,挑戰(zhàn)完以后,需要預測自己的成績,來決定是否需
要取消或隱藏成績對于那些中國學生很有把握的考試 比如微積分 統(tǒng)計 經濟等我們后面陸續(xù)分析。
試卷分析是由樂訓美加美國歷史教師 LYN 根據一些學霸考生回憶出AP美史真題并加以評析,希望
給剛剛考過以及之后準備考試的學生一些幫助。
**在分析之前,先說明,試卷評析是根據南京考場學生的考題回憶做評析,北美地區(qū)考生可能試題不同,
AP考卷不止一套。
教師點評:Lyn’s Comment
Overall I felt that my students were able to give their best shot. They were confident
and were able to answer all the questions despite the broad coverage of the test. It
took a lot of effort to participate in this journey. By taking this exam they already
made a point that the journey it self is meaningful that the test result.
接下來,我們分析本次試題難度:
對于選擇題來說:難度超越了預期,試題范圍很廣,學生備考需要對書本很熟悉,并做大量練習。
LYN:
The Multiple Choice was a little difficult than I expected. This section had a broader
coverage of the U.S History. Students who read the book and did more practice exercise
before the test found this section manageable.
SAQ部分的試題難度中等,
很多話題都是預測到的,課堂上作為重點講解的;SAQ集中在“安得烈杰克遜,羅斯福新政,新英格
蘭殖民地,中部殖民地,南部殖民地,與美國的1850和1900之間的能量來源?!蹦芰縼碓丛趥淇贾?
并沒有作為重點,但在課堂做DBQ練習時,新英格蘭和切薩皮克的例子對這題幫助很大.
學生在對SAQ成績預測時,也不用太緊張,并非需要答對所有題目,至少答對三個SAQ問題就OK
LYN:
The SAQ questions are mediocre. It was about Andrew Jackson, FDR’s New Deal, Colonial
New England, Middle Colonies, Southern Colonies, and the U.S Energy sources between 1850
and 1900. All of the three topics were addressed in the lecture. The energy issue on the
other hand was not given priority but we managed to touch base on this. We did analyze a
sample DBQ in class about New England and Chesapeake. I am assuming that this helped
them easily answer the SAQ question about the colonial colonies. Students do not have to
worry if they cannot confidently answer all the SAQ but they have to make sure to hit
at least three SAQ questions here.
DBQ部分的題 幾乎毫無驚喜,都在預料之內。
題目主要與奴隸制度相關;回答時,考生應該關注:奴隸制度短期和長期的影響;在答題時,需要提
供具體的解釋和證據,以便更好的解釋奴隸制的成因; 在提供證據方面,要涵蓋“跨大西洋奴隸貿易、三角貿易,歐洲開發(fā)的概念,在南方的地理條件,貴族的盎格魯-撒克遜文化,非洲文化,勞役,并未能轉化為勞動力的美洲土著人?!?
在試卷更后有兩個LAQ,考生任選其一; 今年大多數學生選擇了:美國在二戰(zhàn)后的逐漸增長的反共
主義。這題不難,因為作為重點在課堂上反復講過幾次,在答題上應該充滿信心。
答案應該包括與之相關的具體證據。如:紅色恐慌,帕默突襲,KKK,民族源流法1921和1924,薩科
和萬澤蒂案,遏制政策,非美委員會的房子,阿爾杰?希斯和惠特克室的情況下,聯邦政府的忠誠
計劃,羅森伯格,你要認真教歌,遏制政策,約瑟麥卡錫。

The 4 SAQ:
Q1 is a cartoon of Andrew Jackson, titled the Veto Memory (I think this picture is
also in our book). Part a is about the perspective expressed in the image, part b asks
for one specific event that demonstrates the perspective, and part c asks for one
specific historical effect .
Q2 has two paragraphs where two historians, Biles and Best, talked
about their opinions on FDR and New Deal. Part a asks for comparison.
of the two persons' opinions, and parts b and c ask for evidence that can support either
historian's position.
Q3 asks about the colonial era. Parts a, b, and c ask about how the
environmental and geographical factors shaped the colonial development in New England,
middle, and southern colonies.
Q4 gives two pie-charts that show the change in US energy sources between 1850 and 1900. Part a asks for
an explanation of this change, while parts b and c ask for two historical effects that
the change had.
The DBQ asks about the causes of the institution of slavery from 1600 to 1750. Document
1 is a chart showing the amount of indentured servants and slaves from 1600-1699. Document 2 talks about the servants and slaves that an estate owner had. Document
3 talks about a slave owner called Francis Pott (?) who said he will give his two slaves
food and clothes etc. and treat them well in fear of "Savior Jesus Christ". Document 4
talks about the Virginia General Assembly where it was agreed that baptism/religion
doesn't free a slave from servitude, so that the slave owners can have no worry when
Christianizing the slaves. Document 5 is an elite letter denouncing the Bacon's Rebellion.
Document 6 is a Virginia General Assembly law excerpt which talks about defining slaves
as property and prohibiting intermarriage between blacks and whites. Document 7 is an
advertisement in the Virginia Gazette that talks about a slave owner trying to find his
escaped slaves.
The LAQ option 1 :compare the religious influence in 1800s and in 1945-2000 .
Option 2 asks about the American anticommunism in 1917-1929 and 1939-1959, the similarities and differences of anticommunism sentiments in these two periods,
and the reasons behind the similarities and differences.
