 首先辨別是租房還是買房。for lease 與for sale

 房子的類型有:

 flat, apartment, dormitory(dorm), student hotel,youth hostel

 4.地理場(chǎng)景

 一般是司機(jī),導(dǎo)游,bbc programme介紹某個(gè)地方,城市的基本情況。

 主要包括:
