1.我們在課程期間就教學(xué)方法、學(xué)員的進步情況、任課教師的表現(xiàn)及其它教學(xué)相關(guān)問題等取得學(xué)員的口頭及書面反潰

WewillendeavortocontacteachtraineeduringtheCoursetogetoralandwrittenfeedbackonthecourseregardingtheteachingmethod,thetrainee’sperceivedprogress,thetrainer'sperformance,andanyotheracademicaspectsofthecourse.

2.在學(xué)習(xí)過程中為學(xué)員建立個人成長檔案，記錄點滴進步。即將學(xué)員的每次作業(yè)和老師的點評記錄成檔案并發(fā)送給人事部。

Weshouldbuildgrow-upfilestorecordtheprocessoflearningforthestudent.ThatmeansFBSwillcollectthestudent’sallthehomeworkandtrainer’smentsandsendittoTheHR.

3.學(xué)習(xí)顧問還將與人事部進行每周一次電話溝通，每月將教師的教學(xué)情況和學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)情況反饋給人事部。根據(jù)學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)和工作情況，對課程內(nèi)容和教學(xué)進度進行調(diào)整，讓學(xué)員達到最佳的學(xué)習(xí)效果。

4.培訓(xùn)過程中，分三個階段進行測試，以有效保證最佳學(xué)習(xí)效果。分別是：1/3階段測試，期中測試和期末測試。

5.我們將在課程中期及結(jié)束后提供甲方中期報告及培訓(xùn)終期報告使甲方了解每個學(xué)員在課程中的實際表現(xiàn)、進程、出勤率及級別結(jié)束考試成績等。

Wewillprovideyouwithbothamid-termandfinaltrainingreportdetailingtheprogressionofeachparticipant,participantattendance,participantfeedback,andotherreports.

6.在課程期間，貴司需監(jiān)督學(xué)員盡可能正常出席每次課程，并且按時按量完成作業(yè)。
